Roles & Players

The player directory is where admins find players, manage their roles, and apply restrictions. For how roles map to permissions, see the role hierarchy.

Player directory

Search by name and narrow the list with the advanced filters:

• Role — filter by a specific role.
• Elo range — slider.
• Country, and country-ban status.

The list shows each player's avatar, name, Elo, roles, status, and last-active time.

Managing roles

Open a player to change their role. Promote trusted players to Verified User, Streamer, Match Organizer, Tournament Organizer, or Administrator as needed — remember that most features are gated by a minimum role, so promoting a player unlocks every feature at or below their new role.

Sanctions

Players can be sanctioned with bans, mutes, gags, and silences, which sync across matches and servers. Matchmaking and streaming can also be restricted by role.

Maintenance

You can queue a full refresh of all players' data from Steam at once.

Organizers chat

Match Organizers and above get an organizers-only chat room for coordinating events out of public view.
